Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our goal. If you are unhappy with any purchase, we will gladly take back any product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund if the garment has not been worn and is in the original condition. For your protection, please send all returns via UPS or insured parcel post. Unless we shipped an order in error or the product received is defective, return shipping fees are not refundable. If we make a mistake, your account will be credited for the return shipping fees upon receipt of the item by our return center.

Credit Card Refunds

All credits will by placed on the credit card used for the original purchase. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your statement.

Shipping

All products are shipped US Priority Mail or UPS ground. For orders placed online please allow 7-10 business days for receipt. For shipments to Hawaii and Alaska please allow an additional 3 days. Check and money order please allow 2-3 weeks to ship. At this time only orders within the United States are being accepted.

Sales Tax

We are an Internet retailer and use same tax guidelines required by mail-order companies, which are based on constitutional guidelines for interstate commerce. This means we collect sales tax in the state only where we have current business operations, which is Texas. For example, if an individual orders an item from our online catalog, sales tax is charged if he or she lives in Texas since CICP is located in the state. On orders shipped outside Texas no sales tax is charged.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information and credit card information is collected by CICP for the sole purpose of processing your on-line order, and at your request to email you new product information. Your information is not shared with anyone not processing your order.

To guarantee your order is secure CICP employs Secure Sockets Layer/Verisign to ensure that no unauthorized entity has access to your information.
